Suggest to clean up a little the placement area in case of frost, ice on the body. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ These magnetic L plates won't stick to some modern cars so here's my tip *by M***D on 24 January 2020* No one has made an easy-remove and replace solution for cars made of alloy or low steel content (except for suckers and these suck!) These barely stay on. A licensed driver with L plates is not legal so I so need quick removal if driving this car without the learner. Tip: Buy 2 pairs of magnetic plates and stick one pair to the car face down, magnetic side outwards using rubbery contact glue (this can be rolled off with your thumb when no longer needed). Avoid getting glue on the red 'L' paint as it dissolves. If your car is expensive/newish you may want to test removing the glue on an inconspicuous place first.
