Gorilla Waterproof Patch & Seal Spray is a 16oz black rubberized sealant designed to block water, air, and moisture with a flexible, self-leveling coating. Featuring a precision spray nozzle for even application, it cures to a paintable, UV and temperature-resistant finish. Ideal for sealing cracks and gaps up to 1/4 inch on multiple surfaces including metal, wood, concrete, and glass, it’s the go-to solution for durable, professional-grade waterproofing and repairs.

## Description

Gorilla Waterproof Patch & Seal Spray is a flexible rubberized coating that blocks water, air and moisture. The applicator nozzle has a controlled spray pattern that provides a clean, even coating. Before applying, shake well and spray 8-12 from the surface. Always cure the product before coating or exposure to water. Once the self-leveling process is completed, it smoothly covers small gaps and cracks, ensuring a watertight seal. Once dry, Gorilla Waterproof Patch & Seal Spray is paintable, temperature/UV resistant for long lasting repairs. Applications: Metal, Concrete, Wood, Aluminum, Brick, Tile, Fabric, Rubber**, Glass, etc. **Not for use on all types of plastic or rubber. Not suitable for continuous submersion or submersion How to use: 1) Clean surface of dirt, dust, grease, oil Make sure the surface is completely dry. 2) Shake well. Spray 8" to 12" from surface and cover evenly. We recommend testing spray on disposable objects before applying to projects. 3) Apply multiple coatings to make sure all cracks and holes are filled. Cure between coatings or before exposure to water. Fully cured in 24 hours. Tip: To prevent clogging, turn the can from body towards a disposable object, turn it upside down and spray clear gas with a short jet. Note: To make sure all cracks are full, please expose it to light water and test the finished project. If the test fails, apply an additional coating. Do not use in gaps over 1/4". Apply from 50 degrees F to 120 degrees F. Paint: Can be used with both latex and oil-based paints If you want to coat with oil paint, use primer first before painting.

Review: Applied to areas as described. The spray doesn't seem solid enough, and you need lots of cans to cover a relatively small area. I would go with a sealing paint with a mesh next time. Old ways always works. Not every "claimed innovative" solution works! Guys, stay at the tape product and stop producing products that undermine your reliability and brand name.

**Q: Does this work on cracks in outdoor fountains?**
A: Depends on the materials you’re fountain made of? Mine was concrete and I used JB WEILD that you have to mix 2 tubs together. One a hardener I believe for the other tube. Same stuff that sometimes is used on engines for repairs. Don’t get the new JB weild that you don’t need to mix causes it won’t work like the old original JB weild!  I bought a used fountain and didn’t notice the cracks till after I got it home and filled it with water. Apparently last owner let water freeze in the fountain that badly cracked it. I put the JB weild over the inside and outside of the fountain over the crack on both sides. Been least 6 years ago since I sealed the crack and no problems at all with it leaking any more!

**Q: I’m wanting to remove the carpet in my Jeep commander and replace it with a spray rubber floor. Would this withstand being the floor in a Jeep?**
A: I wouldn't use it for that. Spray on bed-liner would work better.

**Q: Can this be used on a cast iron pipe?**

Applied to areas as described. The spray doesn't seem solid enough, and you need lots of cans to cover a relatively small area. I would go with a sealing paint with a mesh next time. Old ways always works. Not every "claimed innovative" solution works! Guys, stay at the tape product and stop producing products that undermine your reliability and brand name.
