BEWARE: Massive Leaks 💧
Never even got to use it :/ I bought this months ago and just brought it out since it’s warmed up. Upon filling it up for the first time I noticed a massive leak around seal. As you can see in the video there is a large tear under the release valve. This was my first time using the product, and I never got to use it, so unfortunately I give it 1 star. If support could help offer some sort of resolution that would be great. The return window has closed and I’d be happy to take this review down if you can assist.

The material feels durable, and once filled it holds its shape well without feeling flimsy. I also appreciate that it comes with several useful accessories, including connectors, a valve, and even a repair kit, which makes it more versatile right out of the box compared to many similar options. Compared to other portable water storage solutions, the foldable design is convenient for storage while still offering a solid capacity when in use. The metal handles and included fittings are nice touches that make it feel more thoughtfully designed. While only long-term use will tell how durable it is over time, everything has performed well so far with no issues. Overall, it’s a practical, well-equipped water storage solution that offers great value and functionality.
