The shower head fell from the wall and almost landed on my son's head, how can I get this securely installed? We had it professionally installed.

During the installation process, please use high quality pipe elbow with fixed hole and secure it tightly to the wall.

How do I adjust the temperature setting to make it hotter? I can get the red ring inside the valve out but cannot remove the blue ring.

Please try to increase the pressure of the hot water. This shower set uses a pressure balance valve. It has anti-scald function. Only both the cold water pressure and hot water pressure are normal, and the pressure difference is not too large, can the shower valve work properly. In addition, in order to prevent burns, the temperature is not allowed to be set too high.

I love the rain

If you have older plumbing there is more work than just for a DYI. This shower system is real nice. I love the bar that extends the rain shower. It's longer and just looks so clean the polished chrome is gorgeous. I love everything about this item. Good price for a beautiful quality product and this evaluation is pre-installation.
