JET 20-Inch Clear Plastic Collection Bags, Five Pack (709563)

I have been using regular garbage bags they just do not hold up. The Jet bags are much thicker and fit better.

These bags make it really easy to keep the dust collector working properly. My dust collector is located outside on the side of my workshop. I find that if I empty the bag before it gets full, it is much easier to remove from the machine and then can simply be emptied into my green waste container and I can reuse the bag several times before it gives out. Done this way, the 5 bags will generally last me about 1-1/2 years.

I ordered Jet #709563 bags for my Jet DC-1100VX-CK dust collector. These came in a box labeled properly but the bags themselves were labeled as being #709565 which are 14" diameter as opposed to 20". They looked the right size though so I measured and sure enough they really are #709563 bags. They seem just as sturdy as the ones that originally came with the unit and they fit fine. I'm not sure how they got the wrong item number printed on the bags, but it wasted a bit of my time trying to figure out if I was going to have to go through the hassle of returning them or not.

These bags fit well and are very durable. They are a bit expensive but not too bad when you consider how long they last. I sometimes just empty the bag in my garden or at the lake home and reuse it since it is so durable.

The bags that game with my dust filter originally were about worn out after repeated uses. These are straightforward replacements and look to be of equal quality, so I'm expecting they will last several years.

Perfect bags for my shop, nothing more to say.
