Can these be stored in the freezer safely?

I can’t imagine why not. They are plastic. If u plan to store with medication in one, I’d ask your doctor.

Are these one-time use or reuseable?

They are designed for one time use but I use to feed baby birds so I wash them out and reuse them many times before I have to replace one

What is the diameter of the cylinder?

it’s 3 different sizes & they are all different diameters

Does this fit baby Tylenol or Motrin bottles?

It was a little smaller than the Tylenol syringes, so I just popped the top off and stuck the syringe down in there.
