Colby, the Cuckoo has never spoken to me personally, but it beeps politely in universal techno-beep at the end of a cycle. The instruction manual is in (translated) English. The control panel is printed in English and Korean.

What language does it use on the button? because the pictures shows that it is korean on the button, i want english.

It's in both and you can set up the menu in English

Is there a timer to delay cooking 6-8 hours?

I went and checked again yes apparently there is although I have not used it.

Does this rice cooker come with rice paddles?
