Great company and great product! I'm surprised at any negative reviews. This is the BEST travel mug. I've had it for years. Hot drinks taste so much better in ceramic. I was looking for a long time before choosing this one, and I'm so glad I did. I love the simple and functional design, and the price is right. I wouldn't recommend turning it upside down (which might explain some of the negative reviews?), but why would anyone want to do turn it upside down anyway? I've used this mug on long walks, in the car, and at work, and i've NEVER had any spill issues. I don't think it's made to run with, LOL. On the contrary, for regular activies of a working person, the lid is pretty much secure because the lid has a rubber lining that holds the lid tightly flush in place. You just have to push down a bit to secure the lid and you won't have an issue! I also like how I can close the mouth opening of the lid if i'm away from my cup to prevent debris going into my drink and it also keeps the drink warmer when you close the mouth piece. The best part, in my opinion, is the silicone piece at the bottom so that it sits softly on hard surfaces and doesn't make a loud noise when you set the mug down. I also like the silicone cup sleeve. Overall I just love the functional design and details of this mug. It's very simple, functional and well-designed. I'd definitely buy another one in the future. Also, the customer service is AMAZING. I recently misplaced the silicone bottom piece after several years of using it, and they sent me a replacement silicone piece for the bottom! They were so kind and professional about it. Great company and great product!

Great cup, the size is perfect for one tea bag and a couple teaspoons of honey! The silicone base is ideal as it eliminates the ceramic cup from "clanking" on a quartz or marble countertop. The silicone sleeve has a very comfortable grip and both are easily removable for cleaning. The silicone seal on the lid with contain the string on the tea bag. Tea will stay warm for a longer period than a regular mug or cup and the tea bag won't slap you in the face when you take that last sip!

I love drinking my coffee out of a ceramic mug, but really wanted something that I could 1) use in the car (no handle, no splash), and 2) keep coffee hot moderately longer than a regular open top mug. This does fit the bill. I use it in the house, on the patio, and in the car. Doesn't keep the coffee hot for "hours", but it's perfect for my not-to-far work commute or for drinking coffee on the patio in the morning. It will spill if it tips over. PROS: Right size for my hand to hold easily Silicone grip makes it easy to pick up and hold without slipping Silicone bottom protects surfaces and keeps it from sliding Lid fits snug and slides open easily and has a good size opening to drink from (see photos) Don't have to tip it much to drink CONS: Doesn't keep coffee hot for a long time (but does better than a normal coffee mug) Not leak-proof, so it's not something I'd use to walk or travel with (see photo) Heavier (a pound) than most travel cups/mugs

I really like these mugs; however, they do break easily in the sink and marble counter - still I have six of them ha ha they are perfect for my lattes; but I must warm my latte up so temperature retention is not the best.

Great size for cupholders and grip (enhanced by louvered grip which makes is as slip proof as reasonably expected. Top seals nicely. I only hand wash this one so cannot comment on dishwasher experience - with the grip and top seal working perfectly, why risk high heat side effects?. Thickness nice but will not survive a drop on tile (this is my second one - the first being knocked off counter by accident onto ceramic tile floor. At least the top survived without damage so now i have a backup top should I ever need it. Looks and feels great and overall fully satisfied with the purchase. Note that heat retention and volume are not a strength realistically holds about 10 oz. unless you want to fill close to rim. Heat retention is about the same as any ceramic mug with a little extra due to lid. But it was purchased to fit perfectly into one of those does-it-all reclining chairs, and provide low spill or drop rates, and from those perspectives its scores 10/10. It is a perfect fit into the smaller bottom section, making it secure at any reclining position. Not a drop has come out.

I received this cup which appeared to be of great quality. It was packaged tightly, arrived intact and worked beautifully for a few weeks until I accidently tipped it over (on the counter, not even onto the floor) resulting in a large chip and cracks on its rim rendering it useless. I then ordered a second identical cup which arrived completely shattered (I didn't even open the box; you could hear the contents rattling inside).

my favorite. the silicone grip & base use are great - it lands 'gently' when you set it down. and a small fit for the hand.

Perfect mug for everyday use. Fits perfectly in my car and in my espresso machine. Coffea or tea tastes so much better from a ceramic cup. I just love it!

Absolutely terrible!! This is the second UDMG I purchased from Amazon. Both are cracked and are not usable. The last one fell over on the bench it was sitting on, and simply cracked. Terrible, and I can't get a refund.

Arrived safe and no damage. Product exactly as shown. Silicon sleeve and bottom part comes of and on with ease. Cap feels solid enough. Not sure if it will leak but don't plan on tipping it at any point or carrying it in a bad full. Will try to use in microwave and dishwasher.

Garbage product. Cracked due to freezing in car. Mug was completely empty, just poor quality. Do NOT waste your money on this! Features are nice, but quality is poor.
