Perfect to fix fault messages on Fiat 500 (see my comments on fitting in U.K. models)
Fiat 500c automatic 2016 (UK model). Fixed a range of error messages showing on dashboard. Fiddly but easy to fit. Note that on U.K. models of Fiat 500, this part is on the passenger side of the vehicle under the glove box. Non-U.K. models seem to have this part above the break pedal.

Don’t take any notice on the location of the brake light switch when I reviewed the YouTube videos the location was behind the brake peddle not on mine it’s under the passenger footwell Fiat 500c 1.2s 2015 so easy to fit and sorted the esc and hill start warning lights are now out

Tight nails as it’s a new product
I spent quite a bit of time trying to make it fit. Eventually, I realised I needed to slightly push the nails outward so the part could fit properly. I used a wrench to gently adjust the nails (being careful not to apply too much force, as they can bend or break). After that, it fitted immediately. I ended up spending about 30 minutes and even hurt my hand, as I’d never done something like this before so maybe this can help to some newbie like me. Definitely fix the problem!

Fixes random fault reports on Fiat 500
Unbelievable. Daughter's 2013 Fiat 500 would randomly beep and list multiple errors whilst driving (transmission, engine etc), but diagnostic scan showed nothing. Eventually we found it could be triggered when braking. This switch was the cause - 10 minutes to replace, found in passenger footwell on UK car.

Worked a treat to clear fault alerts on dash
Delighted with this. Replacing it (located in Fiat 500 footwell) resolved a number of dashboard fault lights. Works well and seems identical to the original part. (Note: I found it difficult to fit into the left hand socket - I had to carefully use a winch to resolve this).

Worth a try if you are having issues with warning lights.
Completely solved the problem of the dashboard warning lights as this switch sensor sends information to the car's computer, job done.
