I personally have only used this twice for period cramps in my abdomen and period back pain. Loved it. Pain subsided enough for me to sleep. My best friend lives next door and has terrible knee pain. I send it over to her all the time. It really helps. I’m not sure if it has actual red light therapy or if it’s the comfortable heat, but it works. So that’s all that matters to me. Even though it gets tacky, skin to vinyl, I love that it’s wipeable. The Velcro works great. It folds up nicely and I just store it right back in its original box. It’s super easy to use. I’m a women’s large and it has extra room. Probably fit a man’s xl. But, I use it without doing it up, like a heating pad 🤷🏻‍♀️ Would I spend $40 on it again? There are a few models at that price point m, that include vibration massage, that I would look at first. If those don’t look good, I’d buy this again, since it is good quality and works well.

I have been getting really bad back pain. When I stand and do the dishes seems to be the hardest on me, that is when the pain really kicks in. I am not one to give in to pain, so I try to keep doing what I am doing. I trained young horses in my earlier years and was dumped may times. I would just brush it off and get back on. I was told, as I got older that would come back to get me. YEP, it has. I get to the point I can't move or the pain gets stronger. As soon as I got this red therapy belt, I started using it. I am amazed how well it worked. I am not saying I am totally without pain, but I can now do a lot more then I did before the belt. I hope it works for others as much it has helped me.

I just love the functionality of my red light therapy belts. After work I set it on what hurts the worst, it does a great job on reliving my pain. They are so easy to use, makes my pain ease and easy to clean with a cloth to keep it in tip top condition. This belt is great for all parts that need help, foot, knees,back, elbows, I fold it over to get both sides of my hands. The price of the belt was soooo good I bought two... LoL .. By morning I will be able to get up and go to work again. It also has a cord so you can wear it using a power bank..The shipping was very fast, thank you!!!!

Not sure if it helps my inflammation but it was a very good price when I bought it( 25+$$) to try it out. Lights work, in the various modes. Very comfortable, and was large enough for a xxl size person . I'm keeping it for sure. Used several times and it's still going. I was worried by some other reviews, but so far so good
