使い勝手は良いです。ちゃんと切れるし。ただ、キタッラって四角いパスタのはずが丸いパスタが出来上がります。そして、約2ヶ月弱で歯車が空転して使用不能になりました。修理等対応してもらえるのか心配です。 追記、修理のお願いをしたところ交換対応して頂けました。 諦めてただけに凄く嬉しいです。 丁寧な対応をして頂きありがとうございました。

It took a little bit to get used to but after you do, cranking out ravioli has never been easier! It's a little hard to clean if you make a mess like accidentally overfill ing (whoops!) but overall definitely glad I bought this.

うどん用に購入しました。非常に良いです。 幅は3.5ｍｍですが、厚さは２ｍｍくらいになってしまうので、讃岐うどんには向きませんが、 よく熟成させた生地だと、コシのある美味しいうどんが作れます。
