I tried some cheaper cartridges from other sellers for our spa, but none created chlorine like they’re supposed to. almost called a repair guy, but instead i spent the extra cash on the actual brand cartridge and the spa’s been running fine ever since. the one i got was exactly like the original part, which is great, though the box arrived crushed. luckily the cartridge inside was fine. these cartridges are pricey no matter where you buy, but sticking with the real thing saved me from headaches and extra service bills. good to know you get what you pay for when it comes to spa parts. i’m happy with how simple it was once i switched back to the brand name.

Bought one and it failed shortly after I purchased it…thought maybe I just got a bad one but purchased another one (my bad) and it lasted about a week maybe tops…they don’t work…my local dealer warned me but they were out so I tried this….twice 🤦🏻…they don’t work…wish they did at $40 cheaper but I am 0/2

It’s one of those things where you don’t realize how bad it got until you swap in a fresh one. It’s a bit pricey for what it is, but honestly, it’s worth not having to deal with any headaches. My morning coffee tastes way better too. Glad I grabbed this instead of trying to save a few bucks on a generic brand.

When we purchased our spa in November from a dealer, they told us the only place to go to get them was through a dealer like them at the cost of around $300. A friend told me about this one, he has our exact spa, and it works for 70% less cost. Brilliant!

These are cheap (not so cheap) knockoffs. They are hit and miss and work from a few hours to a couple of weeks then quit. Not worth it. Junk…stay away. I’ve gone through three of them and ultimately just returned and asked for a refund.
