Has a subtle toasty, almost smoky flavor note that is out of this world. This stuff is legendary in the former Austro-Hungarian empire. It's Incredible in house made waffles or pancakes, stellar for vinaigrette when combined with a nice cider vinegar. The color is fascinating, as it changes depending on its thickness, a property called dichromatism. Do note that this is an oil you only use cold - it's loaded with anti-oxidants, but you'll loose those properties if its heated, and it attains a nasty bitter taste profile as well. Try a bit drizzled on homemade vanilla ice cream - That's a dessert treat from Croatia that's a serious winner!

I agree with previous favorable reviews. I take one TSP of this per day for age related prostate symptoms (BPH) I have noticed a reduction in nightime urination . In general urine flow is improved. I was already taking Betasitosterol and still noted an improvement with adding pumpkin seed oil. I will continue this. I previously had 1000 mg capsules. They helped but were hard to swallow. The cost per milligram is less with bulk oil and it has an agreeable taste. .

The product is good - I have subscribed and consumed it for many months. However, be aware of the delivery. I do not know what was that: a compromised bottle from the vendor, the bottle was squeezed too much during delivery, or a culprit was low temperature (19F degree) outside that might freeze oil and damage the bottle. Anyway it was gross. Luckily Amazon promised to return my money as a gift balance. World peace!
