Great quality, looked just like picture that I submitted for it! Comes with a protective film to be pealed off in order to protect the picture. Good price and mine came with an acrylic stand too!! Was skeptical bc the reviews weren't that high, but the recipient will be very pleased with the product in order to remember her beloved pet ❤️

This was very easy to set up, choose the photo and the right add-ons and this is a masterpiece. It’s easy, just plug it in and the lights turn on, and it looks so beautiful. The stand is very stable and firm and feels like a good foundation. The stability is great and it is a gift that your partner will remember and bond with. This will be worth a lot of lovely value. It functions well and the glass is thick, definitely will not be breaking, cracking, or getting scratched easily. I recommend this to everyone, it is worth every penny

I really love this personalized photo lamp! I love that there are different variations tha you can add 1 or even 4 photos on, or more. The photos used were not professional quality— so I’m pleased with the outcome and quality of finished product. I opted for the largest photo product with the basic lit up wooden frame. The photos were exactly as I fit to image during personalization, the size is perfect and what I expected. I think the value for the cost is perfect— you can’t get a better price for something personalized and this quality imo. It’s easy to set up, you just rip the wrap off the photo glass and slide into the frame, that’s it. It came in double bubble wrap envelopes, and survived a New England extreme cold in my mailbox and the light still works and glass in tact and functional. My ONE complaint is that the photo glass doesn’t fit perfectly into the wooden frame, so it easily slides around and it wobbles back and forth and has a slug HR tilt front or rear facing because of this. The cord is probably 4.5-5 feet in length, it’s not super short or long, I wish there was an option of paying more for a longer cord but I’m fine with what it is! I’ll make it work. I still think it’s worth it for the price I paid though, but that’s why I gave 4 stars. My solution to this is going to be putting a small amount of Saran Wrap across the very bottom of the phot glass then attempting to slide into the wooden frame. I think it will work, but I’m not positive yet. If it doesn’t and I find a better solution, I will come back and edit this and add it in. Also, the shipping was MUCH faster than anticipated! I ordered two of theee on separate dates and both came well before the date was given. This one particularly was ordered December 23rd, 2025 (Xmas Eve) and was told it would come by Jan 2nd, 2026. It arrived this morning on Dec 27th, 2025. I highly recommend! I’ve included photos to show how to turn the light on, the size and thickness of product, I tried to upload video of wobble but wouldn’t upload.

They are so friendly and caring and understanding about how you feel and what you need. Also the picture is 100% crystal clear and it came with no damage to it. It was shipped very well in alot of bubble wrap. The light base works and looks beautiful. I will definitely be getting more ordered later past the holidays. It is very sturdy and well made. Very easy to use. The thickness is perfect. You can pick the size you want to fit were you want or how big or small you want it. You will not go wrong so don't over think about. This is way amazing and beautiful I would ONLY BUY from this company.
