Great grip, helps with Lyra and pole a lot, nice that you can use it on body as well, knees and armpits. Great value too , not much needed to give strong grip

This stuff works wonders! Just be careful because the grip is strong and sometimes when you go to let go, you don’t. So use sparingly is my suggestion. I actually injured my wrist doing a turn because my hand didn’t release.

LOVEEEEEE this grip! It is so good in cold and warm environments when practicing pole. You don’t need much to make your hands sticky. I will say too much will make it hard to do tricks/sliding down because you are sticking so good to the pole. lol I like this above all other grips that I’ve tried!
