The brass enclosure is a little deeper (sticks out from the wall more) than is currently fashionable. Also, the brass color is a little bit more silverish than the gold I had inferred from the picture. But all in all much better than having my electrician come over install some cheap garbage for 100 quid. Review: Disappointed - Having purchased a new centre LED light fitting was looking for the appropriate dimmer switch. Having tried all the usual DIY shops without any luck turned to desertcart. Picture shows bright shiny switch but in reality it is very dark.
