Very good UST projector, with awesome features and a beautiful retro design
My first UST projector was a VAVA, which I purchased back in 2020. Apart from the DMD chip I had to replace on it, as is expected after around 5 years of use on all UST projectors, it has been a workhorse. The reason I decided to upgrade to this new Hisense PT1 is because of the new technology it comes with, such as Dolby Atmos, Dolby Vision, eARC support, triple laser, and a brighter 2500 lumens lightsource. The only thing it's missing is an antenna coaxial port, but I wasn't willing to pay double the cost of this projector just for this feature by buying the L9Q, when you can buy a simple coaxial-to-HDMI tuner adapter for around $25. Overall, this is a nice upgrade from the VAVA, and like the VAVA it looks stunning, the retro design is beautiful!

I ordered the LG short throat can’t really complain about it, but once I saw the reviews on this model and interface and content. It performs as close to a television as can be as far for speed as I find other short throws take long processing times very impressed with this machine recommend to anyone.

Very nice product image quality is also very nice but the fan noise is rated at 42db it is impossible to do a quiet listening , after 2 hours of listening that is enough for me you always ear the fan noise in the background

Happy with everything other than the fan noise which could be lower, and the fact that Hisense, for some odd reason, decided to go cheap on the network card by installing a 100mbit one on such a premium decice. Quiet the disappointment, but have solved the issue by using a USB ethernet dongle.

It really has raised my enjoyment watching movies, coming from my old 60” oled. I think it’s the jump up to over 120”, and of course the colours!
