I love this! It’s so much softer than the knee pads and really supports my knees well. It can be folded or rolled for whatever you need it for. It’s lightweight and fits in my yoga bag.

Really thick, great color, exactly as in the picture. Great size, for the knees or your hands. I love these little mats best!

I use it for Pilates on my hips when I am on my side. I put it on top of my regular mat.

I like the comfort for my knees when doing stretches and yoga poses that require a lengthy time on my knees. When I was younger, kneeling was not ever an issue but with age times have changedI I used it 60 days straight during my initial period of daily 90 minute stretching trying to get some of my mobility (thank you GMB!). The pad does show some lines in it from my heavy use but had not teared to this point about 3 months in and now using about 5x per week. i worry about this and will report back if it comes apart though for now the added comfort placing on top of my yoga mat has made this purchase so worth it.

I wanted this for a meditation mat. Excellent thickness for under my bum. The width is just wide enough to sit on. I can also place it on my yoga mat for extra cushion during asanas. Great grip. Seems durable. I love the small size for traveling. I can wrap it around my mat and slide them in my carrying case. I like the choice of colors. The price point is exceptional.

Somehow, this is both soft and firm. Between yoga then relaxing on this I want to fall asleep. Old joints on a tile floor are fine with this. Both rolling it out and back up is easy. I think that I will be unable to use this long before it wears out.

Going to order another. It's not showing the signs of wear that everyone is complaining about. If you have knee problems and want a cheap aid to get your exercises done, then just buy this one. It's thick enough that its comfortable. I use it for Pilates and yoga type movements through a fitness app. I'm obese so I have many complaints but I'm about a week in and this thing has been a great help to my comfort while getting my daily strength and stretching done. It's super soft and may show signs of wear sooner because of how soft it is but I don't care. It helps and I don't mind another for my hands. The full mat is just too much for me. I want these shorter pads so they're easy to store and hide in the corner when I'm not using it.

The pad itself is very useful and provides excellent support for knees and elbows. However, it has a strong, unpleasant smell that hasn’t gone away even after airing out. The odor makes it hard to enjoy using, which is disappointing because the comfort level is otherwise great.

Nice product. Thick mini mat offers extra support for knees, elbows etc when doing yoga or other floor exercises. Very happy. The mat is actually blue as it says, not pink like the picture.
