I really wanted something that would charge with a plug, like a remote control car or something. Paid a higher price in hopes these were actually "rechargeable" and was disappointed. Decent guns though. ### ⭐ Really poor quality, break easily *by J***Y on May 1, 2019* After using maybe 10 times, 2 of the four guns will no longer reload. As someone else mentioned, these come with rechargeable AAA batteries - basic NiMH batteries. You have to remove the batteries (each gun takes 3 batteries) and put them in the charger. The charger holds 4 batteries and will take about 14 hours to charge the 4 batteries which means it will take days to recharge all 12 batteries. At the price point these are being sold at, you would think it would have a built-in Li-ion battery but, I can see why they didn't bother as the guns stop working long before you have to worry about the "memory" issues on the NiMH batteries. Don't waste your money, keep looking. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Two thumbs WAAAY UP! *by J***. on September 9, 2018* Ok, so I haven’t gotten any time “playing” with them yet, but I have opened them and added the batteries (which WERE included big kudos for that), and my son and I fired them up and I have to say, WOW! These are going to be fun. I wish I would have purchased more than one. I did the giveaway thing and got a coupon code offline so they were considerably cheaper than the $185 price. I highly recommend them.
