Says "natural banana flavor" in the ingredients but I can barely taste this. **Q: Isn't this basically Pepto Bismol?** A: No, I wouldn't call it that. It is actually an internal deodorant of sorts. Especially for people who have had any kind of gastric surgery... it helps with the smell... more of an internal "poo-pouri" if you will. **Q: How does Devrom compare to charcoal and to Nullo in effectiveness and safety for gastric bypass patients?** A: I have never heard of or used Nullo so I can't compare, it was very safe for me to use however I couldn't tell it was very effective.
