Finally got this installed and my wife loves it. There is plenty of water pressure. The controls are easy and intuitive to use. The led senses heat level and moves through cold (blue) to green (warm) to hot (red not flashing) to red flashing, which is burn you hot. The install was easy and it impressed a plumber. Build is solid as are the controls. Great value for the money. The unit functions well, feels well built, and the weight of the material aids in its functionality. I would buy this again.

So before this we had a faucet from the 60s and it had copper pies going to it and they were corroded and the water barely trickled out, since the pandemic hit I've only cooked from home no more eating food other ppl sneeze and cough on(fast food) therefore I've had way way more dishes and water that trickled out, I spent 5 hrs a day going dishes, my water pressure is now fantastic! It only take about 10- 15 mins. To do all the dishes so life is great! I'm amazed that this made such a huge difference in my life.. I almost ordered a similar one in amazon but at the last second I read a review that said they had to return it and they ended up picking this one instead and said the quality was so much better than the other.. I'm so glad I changed my mind and got this it is all metal, it was easy to hook up even though we had corroded copper pipes, and it's fantastic..we got the one that lights up according to the heat level and it's great for the kids, it lets them know if it's too hot for them.. love love love oh and all the pipes that came with this were stainless steel and heavy duty, very nice esp. at this price it's insanely nice! Update: still amazing, I recently bought a shower head around this price range and it was junk and it made me realize how good of a deal this was, the light is still working great, the kids live that it tells them how hot it is. My favorite part is how much it increased the water pressure even though I have copper pipes that are extremely old! It's only been a month or so so I will come back again about a yr. From now and update in longevity

We bought this faucet in early August 2020, installed it shortly afterwards, and used it for several weeks with no problems. By late November, the LED light stopped working consistently and the internal turbine began to squeal and moan. (Water flow turns a small hydroelectric turbine to power the LED.) Cleaning the internals didn't help, so on January 2 we contacted customer service and requested replacement parts under warranty. On January 4 the company authorized the replacement, and we received it about a week later, shipped from California. The new faucet head appears to be an improved design, about 1/2" longer than the original, with a somewhat thicker plastic LED/faucet sprayer assembly. Everything works as expected now, and the improved engineering feels more polished and precise than the original. In operation, the LED immediately lights up (blue) under cold water flow, then transitions to green as water warms, and ends with bright red when water is hot. When the temperature is *really* hot, the red light begins to flash. We are very satisfied with the faucet's design, materials quality, and of course, with the company's excellent and prompt customer service and respect for the warranty. Update: the seller attempted to accommodate us, but because of logistics they made another suggestion. However, we pulled the hot water line provided and found that there was a piece of plastic or something black inside blocking the flow. We were able to blow it out with a bike pump. So far it works for now. Decided to keep it. I will start by saying that I contacted the seller, so I may have to update this review. I do love the look and the faucet, but I’ve had it for just a month and the hot water does not work. We tested the faucets in all other rooms and it’s not the house. Cold water works great, but when it’s moved to the hot water position it trickles and the red light indicating hot does not work. It did for the few weeks I’ve had it. Yesterday we noticed it wasn’t working. It looks nice and did work well. But had I known I would have this hassle within a month, forget it. Junk!

These are excellent faucets. First purchased 2020. It was still working great it had loosen up a little bit instead of having it tightened I just went ahead and had a new one installed. The only issue we ever had was the light quit working after about a year. I didn't realize they had replacement lights very reasonable until I went on to order another one. The first one was great very heavy duty, and fits the sink perfectly.

Product is solid! Great looking unfortunately came undone in the most important area. The piece was too short and won’t support the faucet at all. For the time being we ordered a replacement hoping this One was a random defective one. Other than that the faucet works excellent. LED light is a cool feature, the sprayer is great a lot more pressure than my previous faucet. Only have a 3 star due to the poor design on the support ring that came undone. The faucet looks very high quality not cheap a great comparable to those over $300.

Upon opening the box and inspecting the unit, I was surprised first by how flawless the finish was and the quality of the connecting lines. I followed the instruction about how to connect the lines and the placement of the washers. Within minutes I had it locked down into the position I needed and was getting ready to connect the water lines. It suddenly dawn on me that when connecting the hoses to the house water that I would be turning the connections clockwise and if the hoses turned clockwise they would actually unscrew themselves as the lines do not have quick disconnects. After attaching the lines to the house and turning the water back on and seeing no leaks, I turned the main control handle and was impressed by the water presser in both the sprayer and the water unit. Cleaning dishes or anything else with the sprayer portion was sure pleasure. The unit Looks, Operates and cleans like a 350 dollar faucet. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone. In fact I have.

Great price for the look Very complicated to use, takes few times to get used to. Overall I liked it for few weeks. Then the bolt on little faucet begin to unscrew often. Soon enough got lost. Installed late January. Light stopped working in the middle march. Lasted less then 2 months. I have just installed in a ganite and no way I can change it now. 1 for the great 2 week look and functionality. I was trying to purchase parts and buy lighting but seller should not respond. Wrote 2 emails to amazon. No response as well.. Just a light bulb would be at least a little bit of a comfort. Big deal for amazon to rather sent me a link or speak to seller. Do not reccomend. Because of this canceled my prime. Delivery is not 2 days but I can wait a week. Also I am not glued to amazon anymore. I ordered from Walmart, because I hate going there but they have best prices on organic olive oil, unfiltered, also on some shampoos and household items, they also have 2 days free delivery and no need for prime. Also we use Target now, their delivery service js great too. Household items are great at home depot but too expensive. But there are are other building websites to use.. even ebay - at least sellers respond, as eBay makes them.

Nice tap. Nightmare to convert over to British size plumbing. Really easy to use, nicely presented, nice touch with the led. Highly recommend
