Leaf Supply: A Guide to Keeping Happy House Plants [Camilleri, Lauren, Kaplan, Sophia] on desertcart.com. *FREE* shipping on qualifying offers. Leaf Supply: A Guide to Keeping Happy House Plants Review: A Plant Coffee Table Book - Who would've ever thought I'd buy a book on plants? Well, the answer is certainly not me. I'm new to plants. But this doesn't mean tI love them any less than those who've been in-it-to-win-it for years. It's like I'm their new step-dad. Mine is mine now and I play for keeps. I also purchased How Not to Kill Your Houseplant: Survival Tips for the Horticulturally Challenged, which I've reviewed for comparison. They both essentially market to the same audience, but after buying/reading both, they do cater a bit differently. Leaf Supply is much more presentable and comes off similarly to a coffee table book. Matte pages, which I'm partial to, with gorgeous photography. This comes off as both a reference guide as well as a lifestyle book, featuring several interviews with fellow plant lovers, as well as beautiful interior shots. If this were "Pin-able", you'd Pin the sh!t out of this, trust me. I love the way How Not to Kill Your Houseplant has a quick reference guide in the front, so if you have no idea what you just brought home, you know how to treat it. If only relationships worked the same way... You can definitely flip through Leaf Supply and hope to find your plant, but I personally think of them more as companion books to one another. Leaf Supply also digs (ha) a bit deeper into a few more subjects like types of soil, propagating, etc. Again, if you're a diehard plant person, I'd easily recommend buying both books. If you had to just pick one, I'd go Leaf Supply, just because it offers basically the same thing that HNtKYH does and so much more. I'm also a photography and interiors person, which Leaf Supply simply wins hands-down. Pay the $3 difference and you'll be happy you did. Happy planting! Review: A must for people that love plants. - Such a beautiful and informative plant book. Absolutely recommend. I love that the book has green sprayed page edges as that extra step makes the book look much more expensive and unique.

Lovely plant book!
This is such a great book for plant beginners and intermediates! It covers your basic plant care as well as some other rare varieties. I would highly recommend purchasing for yourself or fellow plant lovers! Plus, the cover is beautiful in itself!

Beautiful coffee table book.
This is a beautiful coffee table book. It has a few good pointers in it if you have no experience with houseplants but I’d like to find something just a little more in depth.

Beautiful graphic design, helpful intro content
This book is beautiful! I have been a plant lover for a few years and still learned a lot from reading through this book. It definitely is meant more as a pretty coffee table book, though. The graphic design is impeccable.

Gorgeous!
This book is absolutely beautiful. I love the added detail of the green edge. Easy to understand information on a variety of house plants.

Originally received a damaged book but was quickly resolved by Amazon. Intended as a Christmas present and is a very well thought out book!

Beautifully presented book. Bought for a present for daughter in law.

Fan de la couverture et des quelques photos qui sont sur internet mais décevant à l'intérieur, photos moins jolies contenu déjà vu.
