Review: Love the S22 Ultra - I have a Samsung Z fold 3 and that has just been a nightmare phone! It's had to go back to Samsung twice now for repairs. The hinge went, the screen broke and the screen protector cracked and lifted. I've only had that phone since September last year. I was at the stage where i was terrified to keep using it. Also the battery life was horrendous!! I have had all 3 fold phones and none of them were great! You think i would have learnt my lesson... As a result i decided to buy the S22 Ultra in burgundy. The phone itself is great. Decent weight, decent screen, and the usual Samsung bloat wear! Having used the phone for 2 days the battery life seems very good, unlike the fold phones! Overall I'm depressed I've had to spend another serious load of cash on another phone, but equally i do really love the handset. Also i have been able to claim the galaxy pro buds via this purchase. For those who have struggled with this claim the Samsung terms state that the phone much be sold/dispatched by desertcart and not a 3rd party seller. My phone was sold and despatched by desertcart so the claim went through in less than 24hrs.

I originally had a Samsung s8+ which had lasted me a few years until I decided to upgrade to the s22 ultra and everything is better. Battery life is quite solid and lasts throughout the day without any kind of battery saver on, screen is very good and supports 120hz which was new to me as the s8+ did not have a 120hz screen, Its a fast phone and loads everything quickly and efficiently and in my experience, the camera was extremely good and it takes crisp and clear images. Other than that its quite a solid phone and does the job well.

**Q: If order this do I get the air buds for free as advertised??**
A: No you don't, I queried this with their customer service and got the response - It only applies if it is sold and dispatched by Amazon. 
As the phone is sold by a 3rd party through Amazon, it doesn't count. 
When I asked where the option was to buy off of Amazon, they responded, we do not currently sell this product directly at Amazon, massive bit of false advertising.

**Q: Could I connect my hearing aid to this phone as I used u**
A: You certainly can, and the good news is that it's very easy to do. Simply go to Settings > Accessibility > Hearing enhancements > Hearing aid support, and then tap the Hearing aid compatibility switch to activate it. Once this has been activated you'll see a list of compatible devices on screen. Select your hearing aid to finish the connection to it. We hope this helps! ^DB at Samsung Support

A: Yea I fooled for this misleading advert too! if it's not included in the sale, then why have it a one of the pictures on their advert? I in best of my knowledge ordered my S22 from Amazon, and delivered by Amazon. Not much 'stand out' wording saying its on behalf of Amazon... Sent my phone back as the advert is misleading if not false advertising
