Easy to use, great sound quality and seamless integration with the headphones.
Works really well with my Bose headphones. It's as if it's part of the headphones. Great quality, easy to use and pair. I use my old wired Bose phones for cutting the grass (and now listening to tunes while doing it)! Once you get used to where the buttons are, it's easy to turn on/off, volume... I only use for a few hours a week, but can't remember the last time I charged it, so I'm quite happy with the battery life.

Works great!
Very happy with this product which continues to work very well for me. I never have issues pairing it with my phone and it holds a decent charge. I do need to press it in tight with each use for a good speaker connection, but this really isn’t a big deal for me. Best and most affordable way to convert your old QC25’s to Bluetooth.

Great Purchase
Works great for my Bose QC25 headphones and most importantly, it saves me from having to buy a new bluetooth version of Bose headphones ($$$). It is great to be able to keep the older version of Bose headphones since, when not using this adapter, you have the option to use the aux cord connection to watch in-flight movies on long flights. (As far as I know, the new Bose headphones are strictly bluetooth with no aux cord.) Battery life is great and it charges very quickly. As others have noted, the biggest complaint is that this adapter has to be removed from the headphones to access the charge port for recharging. Otherwise I am very satisfied with this purchase. Since I have bought this adapter, I have used my old Bose headphones more than I ever did before.

Works!
This works. Connecting the bluetooth is pretty straightforward, and installation is a snap. Volume is a little awkward because it now comes from two places. The charging and battery aspects are a little awkward. In order to change the bluetooth unit, you need to remove it entirely from the QC25. Also worth noting that it does not use USB-C but rather microusb (which is fine - these are older headphones). Sound quality is OK - I've noticed a slight degradation versus wired, but it's definitely not the end of the world. This plus new earpads breathed new life into my QC25 headphones.

Bad audio quality, poor charging port design, RETURNED
The drop in audio quality makes this unusable. Whether listening to music or speech the sound quality is bad. Worse than a $10 pair of earbuds. Having to remove the adapter for charging is not ideal and causes unnecessary wear to the audio jack. It does fit well to the headset and pairs easily, but this was not usable for me.

Mixed results with some older Apple equipment. Mic not very good. Overall good but could be better.
PRO: -Audio is good when it connects correctly. I was able to successfully get aptX and ACC codecs to stream from my iMac and ACC codec from iPhone. -Physically seats well to the QC25. -Reconnecting to paired devices after turning off and back on is instant. -Price is great. -Can connect simultaneously to two iPhones (6 and 8- Bluetooth v4.2 and 5.0) CONS: [there's a lot] -mic is sub par. On the iphones, coworkers complained of not being able to hear me very well. -Why they block the usb charging port, so that you need to remove it from the headset to charge is a mystery and a pain. -The buttons are close together and don't have unique discernible tactile markings, so it's difficult to use without looking at them. After a little bit of usage you know what they do and you can figure it out, but a raised bump on the play button would have been nice. -Pairing two devices is not intuitive- read the instructions! -When this connects with SBC codec the audio is TERRIBLE. Sounds like a tin can. Mic is equally awful. This only happened when connecting to my iMac and Macbook Air, and only when actively using the Mic. When just streaming audio only, it reverts to ACC codec and sounds great. -Because Apple downgrades the codec to SBC when the Mic is active (in both Bluetooth 4.0 and 5.0, in my testing) and this device is so terrible with that codec, this is not useable for conference calls, webex, zoom, etc. I still use it, but have to switch the Mac to use the internal mic on the Mac, and then just listen on the headset. This means I can't get up to walk and talk, which isn't a problem when using the web cam but on audio only calls from my computer this is a shortcoming, as I sometimes like to get up to pace/talk.

This adapter rocks !!!
Just got this adapter yesterday, for my Bose QC25 wired headset .... this baby rocks !!! Charged it for hour this morning until it was fully charged, slapped it on ( really easy ) , and paired it both with my IPhone 12 Pro Max, and my Sony NW-45 Hi Res audio player. Both synced easily, and I'll tell you, no compromise in sound .... I was very pleasantly surprised . If you have an old pair of wired QC25 headphones that you still would love to use, but don't like the annoying wire, don't hesitate ..... buy this, and you won't be sorry. You can't even tell it's on once you connect, and you can enjoy wireless beauty with your QC25's. I walked 25 -30 feet from both devices to test out the range, once they were connected, and it didn't skip a beat. I'm a satisfied customer !!!
