This item was easy to administer exactly were required. Skin can become very hot so no need to roll the roller repeatedly or it will be uncomfortable. Used sensibly this item gets right to the point of pain, obviously as long as not used in sensitive areas of the body. Good value for money and deal was cheaper than local retailers or by buying individual rollers.
