TP-Link Deco X60 AX3000 Whole Home Mesh WiFi 6 System 1 Pack White TPLink (Renewed) : desertcart.co.uk: Computers & Accessories Review: Needed an extra node to extend our mesh network. Plugged in and was immediately found by the mesh and integrated. Mesh is X55, this X60 linked right in no problem. Review: Bought 2 to begin with but then realized that my house needs 3. Once I got 3, now have no dead spots on my property which is right about 1 acre. Made it possible for all of my Ring cams to work too. These are easy, intuitive and I have had 0 issues for the past 3 months since buying. Would easily buy again.

I've had lots of techno toys in my days, but this was sooooo simple to setup that TP-Link should get a humanitarian award from the President! Love my TP-Link mesh setup on Google Fiber!

Worked great for about 16 days, then it crashed and took 3 hours to restart and reconfigure to my network. Online chat and support was not helpful. They did return my call, but I had already done the work to reset and rejoin to my network. Not easy, not straight forward, I tried many youtube and google searches also. Be prepared to work for this item when the light turns red. However, it's up and running two days now and the network is stable and strong. We will see what happens going forward.

Do NOT use the short flat cables that come with the units!! I used one between the router and a switch that fed a second unit in the mesh. The flat cable would not allow rates above 90Mb which really messed up the mesh performance. It should have allowed Gbit speeds. Discovered this when I added a 3rd unit to the mesh and did a lot of speed test around the house that were very poor. When I replaced the flat cable everything worked a lot better!! Buy good cables and throw out the ones supplied. Check the lights on your switches, if you use them, to make sure data rates are in the Gbit range.
