Nachfrage beim Verkäufer ergab, dass dieser sich nicht in der Verantwortung sieht und hat an Timberland verwiesen. Deren Kundendienst teilt mit, dass es sich um "Abnutzung" handelt (klar, was denn sonst?). Reparatur oder Ersatz wurden verweigert. Als zynischen Gag teilt man mir allen Ernstes mit, dass man kein "Billigprodukt" sei, aber trotzdem, leiderleider...Das ist eine Frechheit. Ursache des ganzen ist die Verwendung bzw. Verarbeitung eines billigen, nicht abriebfesten Stoffes.
