I have taken magnesium for years, but have recently switched to this brand. These go down much easier than the chalky tablets I used to take. I think they agree with my system more because I seem to be sleeping better. No leg cramps since taking these, either. I am pleased with them and will purchase again.

I take these before bed, I sleep well. Wake up less and go back to sleep quickly. I have no issues taking capsules, these are easy swallow, no bad taste. Ima keep taking them till they finish.

This chelated formula makes all of the difference for me. I’ve been dealing with months of stress, anxiety and now burn out, and magnesium was the top recommendation when it comes to supplements to help support me through all of that. Although this doesn’t fix everything, I definitely notice a positive difference that I believe makes this worth taking daily. I feel that 9.99 is a great price for the quality of this magnesium. I’ve started out by taking 2 capsules a day in the evening with a small snack like a few roasted almonds and some cottage cheese. If I really feel I need some more support in the middle of the day, I will take 1 with lunch. It definitely helps me with less ruminating, and less spiraling thoughts. The rest is up to me to manage better, and set better boundaries, but I definitely believe this magnesium has been a great supportive tool for me.

For now I’m giving these a 5 star. I purchased because I’m so hyper and hoping these will help some. Last night was my 1st one (calls for 2 but starting out w one) and today I felt some of my anxiousness disappeared. Tonight I took another and my IBS flared up but not bad. I will continue these and see what happens.
