Can I use this to trim my toenails?

Chuck Norris uses it as a toenail knife, but I wouldn't advise it for lesser men....and everyone is a lesser man to Chuck Norris.

Does it come with a fire starter and knife sharpener?

Just received mine today, January 26th, 2017. They must have changed policy or else they forgot to give me anything but the knife, sheath, and belt attachment. 99 cent rock not a deal breaker for me. haven't closely examined the knife and sheath yet. Bought for show so the bar isn't too high. Will review when I have looked closer.

Does it have a survival kit inside

No. The hilt is not hollow but has a sort of tubular tang connecting the blade and the end cap inside the plastic handle. There is a pouch on the front of the sheath where you could, conceivably, add a survival kit. It doesn't contain anything but is big enough to hold a few small items.
