Excellent hd picture and excellent sound
This replaced a Samsung QLED tv about 6-7 years old that developed a fault. The set up of this new tv was straightforward, particularly if you use your smartphone to do it. The hd picture quality is superb, better than the already good picture I had with my old QLED tv. There is much less juddering of fast moving objects (e.g. football in sport) than on old tv. The sd picture quality however is poorer - bit grainy and with flat colours, but still watchable. The sound quality from the tv speakers is excellent - better than what I had with a medium priced sound bar with my old tv. I like the facility to watch two programmes simultaneously, called Multiview, sound form one of the other only - a way to keep an eye on one programme whilst watching another. The navigation of smart tv functions is bit more convoluted but still OK. The tv on it's stand leans slightly backwards but it doesn't affect the viewing. It looks smart enough even though there's more plastic in the construction (e.g. the stand). Overall, very happy with the tv.

Brilliant picture quality!
Brilliant quality picture. Super narrow. Great qualty all round apart from the stand being a little flimsy. Recommend getting your own more substantial one.

Great TV ruined by poor quality UI and stupid Bixby AI software
Very good picture and sound quality is amazing. Would be 5 stars if Samsung had made the user interface better, it’s clunky and wants to be AI with stupid things like facts about animals and other useless rubbish. Also, the most annoying thing is that the stupid and completely pointless Bixby AI assistant will randomly stop what you’re watching and pop up to say that it’s completed the install! I DO NOT CARE! You can’t uninstall it, it’s pointless bloatware that serves no purpose and has really turned me off buying another Samsung TV. If the picture and sound quality hadn’t been so good I would have returned the TV just because of that annoying issue.
