Will this remove make up from a steering wheel?

Hi This product will remove heavy grime using a microfibre cloth. I assume it will remove the make up that you are reffering too as it is a good quaity product. Sorry i cant be more specific to your question. Hope this helps. Regards Shane

Can it be used to clean leather interior if whats recommended?

I’ve used a light spray on car leather seats it does a good job then I went over it with leather conditioning so it doesn’t dry out

You can use it on pretty much anything. Be mindful, it may cause the pedals to be sloppy/lubricated after cleaning though. I’d suggest spraying a little at a time and using a toothbrush to clean it quickly and thoroughly. Then use a clean dry cloth to mop any excess from the pedals after.

Could this be used on rubber interlocking floor tiles?

I wouldn't use for that as it will go down the cracks inbetwee unless there cleaned individually. I would just use a mop dryish and clean like that.
