Really good!
I’ve had the Bosch Cordless Combi Drill PSB 1800 LI-2 for about a year now, and I can confidently say it’s been one of my best purchases! This little powerhouse comes with two batteries and a solid carrying case, making it super convenient to grab and go whenever a home project pops up. What I love most is how lightweight it is. I’ve tackled everything from hanging pictures to assembling furniture, and I never felt like I was lugging around a brick. It’s just the right balance of power and portability, which is especially great for those of us who aren’t professional DIYers but still want to get things done around the house. The drill comes with all the bits you could need, whether you're doing some light work or taking on bigger projects. I’ve even used it for outdoor tasks, and it handled everything like a champ. The battery life is impressive too; I’ve never had it die on me mid-project, which is a huge plus in my book. Overall, if you’re looking for a reliable, efficient, and user-friendly drill, I highly recommend the Bosch Cordless Combi Drill PSB 1800 LI-2. It’s been a fantastic investment for me, and I think it could be for you too!

Brilliant top quality buy
One of the best value items I've ever bought. A twist drill set was part of the deal. The cordless drill set is top top quality. Came with 2 x batteries. Once charged, they last absolutely ages. Brilliant buy - would recommend.

Versatile, Lightweight, and Reliable – A Must-Have for DIY Enthusiasts
The Bosch PSB 1800 LI-2 is an exceptional cordless combi drill that has become an indispensable tool in my DIY arsenal. Its lightweight design, at just 1.3 kg, ensures ease of handling, making prolonged use comfortable and reducing fatigue. The 18V lithium-ion batteries provide ample power, and with two included, I can seamlessly switch between them, ensuring uninterrupted work sessions. The drill’s versatility is commendable. With 20 torque settings, a drill mode, and an impact drill mode, it effortlessly handles tasks ranging from assembling flat-pack furniture to drilling into masonry. The keyless chuck allows for quick and easy bit changes, and the integrated LED light is a thoughtful addition, illuminating work areas in dim conditions. Battery life is impressive; I’ve completed multiple projects on a single charge. The inclusion of a sturdy carrying case ensures that the drill and its accessories are well-organised and protected. In summary, the Bosch PSB 1800 LI-2 combines power, versatility, and user-friendly features in a compact package. It’s a reliable companion for both novice and seasoned DIYers, offering excellent value for money.

Handy, twin battery version.
I purchased this after much debate over the 10v LiIon and 14v niCad models. Why did i choose this? Firstly, this particular item because it came in a carry case and also included a second battery. Secondly, this model has hammer drill action, and although I don't plan on drilling in to masonry often, I have a couple of jobs where this will be of use. Next, there is the work light, not sure how useful this will be, but sounds cool! LiIon battery technology - super fast charging with the included charger, and battery can be charged off device or on it. decent charge can be obtained in about 30-40 minutes or so. There is a handy battery indication (three LED) guide on the drill. Also on top there is LEDs showing the direction of drive which changes intensity depending on how fast the drill is going. The one biggest factors for buying this was the Bosck Power4All system. This means that I can now buy any device in the Power4All 18v system and I can interchange the batteries. Two purchases on my radar are the circular saw and the jigsaw. Other diy items include sanders and a range of other drills. It would be nice if they did a battery powered router, but maybe they will add to the range at a later date. There are also garden tools such as hedge trimmers, strimers and leaf blowers (though I don't have a hedge, already have a strimer and my too few trees about to make leaves a problem for me!) Another advantage this has over my old Nicad drill is the weight - much lighter but more powerful, and the physical size of the unit. the size of the top of the drill to the centre of the chuck is smaller than ever, meaning I can get in to tighter spaces and closer to the wall which really came in handy when I fitter a blind in to a window recess.

Five Stars – Fantastic Drill and Outstanding Bosch Support
I bought the Bosch PSB 1800 LI‑2 two years ago and it has been one of the most useful tools I own. It’s powerful, easy to handle, and the two batteries hold their charge really well - even after plenty of DIY jobs around the house / garage. Have used it for drilling, cleaning and sanding. Just after the 2‑year mark (literally 2 years and 10 days), the drill suddenly stopped working. I contacted Bosch expecting the usual “out of warranty” response, but instead they arranged collection, repaired it, and sent it back working like new — all completely free of charge. They said it was a goodwill gesture ... am genuinely impressed. The drill itself is great, but Bosch’s customer service is what really shines. Reliable tool, super battery life, and a company that stands behind its products. Absolutely deserves five stars.

Bosch Are The Best!
I absolutely swear by the Bosch brand. Bosch are slightly more expensive than most brands, but they’re head and shoulders above the others in quality, power, and durability. Unlike most this drill has some simple but handy tricks. There’s no need to worry about running out of battery power because this has indicator lights that show how power is remaining, there’s also a LED light that illuminates the area that you’re working in. It has a 2 speed selector switch, and hammer action and the screwdriver setting has 20 torque settings. One of the really great ideas that Bosch have come up with is a chuck that can be tightened and loosened with one hand, it really is a fantastic idea, most drills require 2 hands to perform this action, and it can be unsafe too. This drill drives through brick walls with ease. This drill came with 2 batteries and charger, and a plastic carry case. This drill really does perform well and this particular model is very versatile. I have no regrets purchasing this drill, it truly is a perfect addition to anyone’s DIY tool kit.

A superb tool for getting some real work done.
I haven't had this drill for very long but it has already impressed me. So far I've used it mainly as a screwdriver with a corded drill doing the drilling, though this little beastie has also been used for drilling. I did a full day with it, roughly 9:00a.m. to 6:30p.m. and only needed the second battery in the last hour. That was a pleasant surprise and means that the third battery I bought separately leaves me a little over-equipped. It is light, compact and yet fairly powerful. The trigger allows much better speed control than my old drill which means no more breaking the heads off screws — a great blessing as drilling them out and replacing them adds time to a project. The torque setting seems as if it will be the thing I get used to last, not because it is awkward but because I have not used a drill/driver with a torque setting on it before. I doubt it will take long to get used to it. My big project this year is to replace nearly all the furniture in my home with furniture I have made myself, and to double the amount of storage space. Having the right tools for the job really helps, and this is one tool that doesn't feel as if it is going to let me down. EDIT: Did another day with this tool and it impresses me more each time I use it. I was able to use the hammer drill mode to drill into a brick wall and with new masonry bits it had no trouble. It was certainly slower than a mains powered drill would be but it was still impressive for such a small and light tool. The day was harder on the battery so I did need the second one in the kit quite early in the afternoon, but the charger in the kit can charge a battery in about an hour so this was not a worry. When I registered for the three year warranty I was very surprised to see what Bosch provide. There are disassembly diagrams for the tools you register and spare parts can be bought once the tool is out of warranty. Not only that but the spare part prices are actually reasonable! In addition I looked around the web site and found spare parts for power drills discontinued 25 years ago. That's proper backup for customers and gives me great confidence in my Bosch tools. Definitely recommended.
