Glacier Bay, Alaska 1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle

After we did one of these Charley Harper puzzles, I ordered like 5 more! (We had time during lockdowns...) The pieces are sturdy and fit together so nicely, and the designs are challenging but lots of fun because of all the little lines and circles and bits of color that give you hints, and all the delightful little animals and plants that you only notice after you've been working on it awhile. So many times I had to tell myself, Step AWAY from the puzzle! because it was so addictive that I'd completely lose track of time!

This was the first puzzle I've completed since, I don't know, 5th grade. I love Charley Harper prints so this was a lot of fun to put together! Challenging but not too difficult. The box is a really nice sturdy cardboard, and the pieces were all in tact without any fraying. Get it!

This puzzle is for those wanting a good challenge. I was a bit overwhelmed at the very similar pieces at first. I am slowly but surely working on it, and it's quite a process, but I've found an untapped determination every time I pass by it and actually look forward to the challenge. I'm actually getting passionate about it! I bought it because I love the graphics in Charley Harper's artwork, and I tire of the run-of-the-mill puzzles with kittens, flowers and landscapes. I definitely think this is a good puzzle for stimulating the mind! I'm experiencing the "one missing edge piece" syndrome right now and hoping it's just buried somewhere and not actually missing from the box. But overall I love this puzzle. It is not for the faint of heart puzzle aficionados, but I'm really looking forward to framing it once I'm done!

You can't do better than to experience putting together, as a puzzle, a Charley Harper artwork. No bland blue skies here overlooking a national park photo. Life and environment are interpreted whimsically and beautifully in these puzzles which the whole family can enjoy putting together over a leisurely vacation at home or anywhere they choose. The pieces are well cut and vivid; this is a lasting entertainment for anyone or families who enjoy that getting together means actually getting together no in front of something, but with something. So thankful someone gave permission for these art works to be put into puzzle form.

I absolutely love Pomegranate Puzzles and the line of Charlie Harper designs are so amazing! Great gifts for any level puzzle fan. The angular designs work for adolescents too.

Gorgeous design. Fun to put together. Moderately challenging with so many pieces but not frustrating to put together. Pieces fit well but came apart easily when trying to move.

I bought every Charlie Hopper puzzle amazon has. My granny loves them. They are challenging puzzles, but easy enough for a 93 year old. Some pieces are obvious which gets you engaged and others are more challenging which is a nice mix.

Bought this puzzle as a gift for my father, who greatly enjoyed another Charley Harper puzzle. He was similarly entranced, though this puzzle is not for the faint of heart, and other members of my family found it nearly too difficult. He finished it in ~2-3 days during the holidays, with basically constant attention, and I just left him gazing with awe upon the completed puzzle. It really is lovely; I'm sure I will buy him others from this set as future gifts. He says that the box colors are quite accurate and helpful in putting together the puzzle.

My husband is a big fan of puzzles and admires Charley Harper very much so that I offered him all the puzzles I could find ! I am a french customer and I can confirm the choice to be better on Amazon .UK and the prices to be lower . You can buy 2 or 3 items and the shipping costs can be combined : so you are the winner ! The Pomegranate items are amazing : quality of material and beautiful print , we do enjoy this one ! Charley Harper is a great artist and it's a shame him to be almost unknown in France ! ( Arrogant frogs ? )

Well made and beautiful puzzle! High quality pieces like all Pomegranate puzzles. Fun to put together and not too difficult.

This is a beautiful illustration by Charley Harper used, to very good effect, in this fun jigsaw. The pieces are thick and really good quality but it's the way the picture builds that makes it so enjoyable. OK - so I know that's exactly what jigsaws do. But what's good about this one is that it's a montage of smaller pictures so it makes it fairly quick to do. You look for all the seal pieces, then maybe the sea eagle etc. I do love a hard puzzle but sometimes just completing a good one quickly is fun. So this isn't for you if you want a challenge but if you don't have much time (or patience), I can thoroughly recommend this one.
