Excellent quality. It is hollow inside, but the outside is still very thick and strong. It is a bit lighter than expected. As a fan of Berserk this is an awesome ornament to put on my shelf. The Beherit necklace has excellent quality, looks just like the manga and 97' anime. Only gripe I have is it's difficult to get the Beherit to stay between the thumb and index fingers of the hand and it's not quite as glossy as expected which is not a big deal, I can add some gloss if I want to, but the heads on the hand genuinely look bloody and full of despair. Each head is unique. I do have to lodge the nose of the Beherit right under the thumb for it to stay like in the photo. It still looks great though. It also came super well packaged and protected with a speedy delivery coming a whole day earlier than expected. Definitely worth my money. Also the photos don't do it justice, it is much more detailed to the naked eye even my photos don't do right by it.

Great quality. Amazing design. Necklace is wearable if you fancy that.
