is this a good stain remover for my arc'teryx pack? I have a little bit of some kind of oily grime.

My guess is regular detergent may have a better chance, due to the surfactants in it that bind to oil and water so stains can be carried off. This detergent specifically does not have surfactants, so that leftover detergent on your breathable garmet doesn't just attract water to it. I used ReviveX on a Colombia shell jacket and it didn't entirely remove some auto grease stains that were present. BTW, I looked at the info on some current Arc'teryx packs out of curiosity and they all said "surface clean only".... Hope this was of some use to you.

Is it advisable to wash my tent in this before using the revivex odor eliminator, or is the odor eliminator a cleaner as well?

We recommend cleaning your tent with Revivex Pro Cleaner prior to deodorizing with Revivex Odor Eliminator. Gear Aid Customer Service.

Is it safe to use this product on Gore-Tex waders ?

It should be safe according to the manufacturer: "4x concentrated formula cleans 24 garments. Cleans high-tech synthetic fabrics, including insulation, soft-shell and GORE-TEX garments. Restores breathability, water repellency and warmth." I haven't used it on Gore-Tex fabric personally, but I haven't found any issues with the garments I've used it on. I found it to clean fantastically, and seemed to restore the garments to better than new appearance.

Does this contain mirazyme to remove mildew from tent fabric?

Cold or tap water works well. Be sure to follow instructions on the garment.
