Intex Kool Splash Inflatable Water Slide Swimming Pool Play Center with Built in Sprayers for Kids and Adults, Ages 6 and Up, Blue

When we received the slide we noticed the middle part wouldn't stay inflated. We contacted the seller through Amazon and they sent a new slide right away. There are 5 places the slide is blown up - 3 large pieces, 2 blue & 1 white and 2 smaller pieces that can be quickly blown up by mouth. It maybe took 15-20 minutes to blow up all together. My children love to play on this slide (5 & 9). We had some older kids come play and they went down the slide even faster. There is an inflated "platform" that sits on the water so younger kids can stop at the bottom. For the older kids the platform seemed to move with them so they slid right in the water. The water feature of the slide helps the kids slide down faster. There are 4 holes in the back of the slide to help the kids climb up. These holes fill up with water, so It's important at the end of the day to get the water out so it can dry. If the water stays it can get yucky. My daughter who has autism can climb up with ease using the set holes. There is another inflated platform on the side with the holes in case a child falls. This slide was hours of fun for my children. Would buy it again!

This is an awful product that is not made well, and has terrible customer service to back it up. Got the slide, wasted time setting it up. It was slightly loosing air right away. However. In first use, it popped with a softball sized hole underneath. Water from my pool started to enter through the hole. I initiated the return but chatted and called to let them know that it has Water inside. I was told to make a hole and rip it to allow the water to flow out. I did what I was told and got the slide back into the box when I was done and dragged it to the store to ship back. Its a very heavy box and you cannot fold this slide back the way they did so the entire return was an awful experience and I was happy to get it over with. However, my story does not end there. This seller the charges me a re stocking fee due to THE CONDITION of this slide. What is wrong with the condition you ask? It was due to the holes and riops in the slide THAT THEY told me to make and what originally caused this slide to deflates. I'm not joking when I saw it used this slide for 15 - 20 minutes maximum when it ripped for no reason. This is a terrible experience and I urge everyone to AVOID this product and ANYTHING from this seller!!

The slide is very easy to unbox and to inflate. You do need an electric pump to fill it up. This cannot be filled up with your lungs or even a bicycle pump. You need one of those with a really wide mouth. It has several different compartments that need to blow up, but they are very accessible and very easy to do. Takes no time at all to get it fully inflated. A good tip would be to inflate it at or near the location you are going to use it. Once this was blown up, the kids had A-blast. You do need a hose that can reach the slide so as to have the water that is needed to slide down. I suppose you could get away with splashing the slide before you slide down, but it is much better with a hose. I would say that this slide is probably better for smaller kids. Maybe 10 and under. Any one older than that and it might be not enough for them to have and incredible amount of fun. The material from which it is made is thick and durable and does not seem to wear out in the elements. With that said, I probably wouldn't keep it exposed to the Sun for weeks on end, especially not being used and gotten wet. Probably would be better to store it during long periods of non use. We enjoy this slide each time we go to our pool and I would recommend it for any family that has younger kids and their kids have friends.

Finding a fun slide was proving to be difficult, landed on this one and took a chance! So glad we did! Showed up a day early just in time for the 4th of July! Easy to inflate, took about 10 minutes with an electric pump. The slide has easy inflate pieces so you don’t lose air when removing the pump. Sturdy and stable while sliding, has a bumper on the bottom for safe sliding into the pool! It’s bigger than expected but perfect size for the whole family! The slide feels durable and was fun for adults and kids to slide on! Easy deflation process as well!

Good and fun but has a hole in it. We need a patch kit. We must have misplaced the one that came with it.

It's bigger than I thought it would be, but that's my fault for not figuring the measurements. The grandkids love even though it's a little squeeze between the slide and the fence.

Purchased one of these slides 2 years ago. The slide was easy enough to inflate (with an electrical handheld air pump). All was well for a couple of months. We deflated the unit to store it away for the winter, only to find that it was full of water as well as air. We contacted the company for a replacement, and they wouldn't send us one until we had literally cut a piece of the existing slide, apparently to make sure that we weren't just trying to get a second slide for free. Eventually, they sent a new slide and that one worked well for about a year. At the start of this summer, we inflated it back up and everything seemed fine. We used it for a couple of weeks, and one of the sides sprung an air leak. Not a big deal, as it still retained most of the air and was ok for a couple of hours. However, after attempting to package it up again to close out this summer, I noticed the fitting that attaches to the water hose had completely disintegrated. I called the company to try to purchase a replacement part, and they told me that they don't have any parts available for purchase or replacement for this unit. So now, I have a water slide with a leak and no way to attach the water hose. If you are ok spending $90 for about 50 total hours of use, then this is a perfect choice.

We were soooo excited to have this slide for a birthday present - looked so fun and during COVID, a great offset to not being able to have a party. Unpacked well and simple / fast to inflate with a compressor. We lad a tarp down on the concrete pool deck and then installed the slide on top. Kids had a ball and we were thrilled. After about an hour - we broke for lunch. When we returned to swimming, we noticed the right side of the slide was not as “firm” as the left. I checked the ports where you fill to be sure the knob had been tightened correctly. I added more air and tightened port knob again. We let it sit with not activity for another hour. Again, right side less full. We poured water over that side to look for an air leak. Did not find one. The only thing we can point to is perhaps a seam that does not have the same integrity as the rest. We have other products by this company (Intex) - all wonderful. We also know that there is always the chance of faulty manufacturing, which this is probably the result of. We believe the manufacturer would have stood behind the quality, but we did not purchase from the company. We purchased through a reseller. We requested a replacement. The reseller (Carter Kids) did grant the return authorization within a couple of days. We had to pay the shipping back to the company ($47.06) - shame on me for not reading the fine print. We shipped the slide back to the reseller (Carter Kids). Instead of receiving a replacement slide, they simply credited the CC $173.74. We still DO NOT have the amount of $36.84 refunded that was from a gift card on our account. (Total for the slide was $199.98 + $10.60 tax). So - no Intex slide (kids are very sad) and I am out of pocket $47.06 for shipping back to Carter Kids and $36.98 from my gift card that was on my account and $10.60 sales tax and NO SLIDE. $94.64 price tag for zero product.
