Made a car with this it is very cheap and very good it is very durable and it is not that small you can use a smaller chip for compatibility

Works perfectly fine
Works great with Arduino board and 2 x 18650 battery packs. Im using this for my rover for driving 3 pairs of dc motors and power up the Arduino board.
