No David (No Series)

My son identifies a lot with protagonist david. Asks me to read the book every night. The book has very good pictures and just a dialogue from davids mum to go with the image. So now my son knows what behaviour is not good. This book is for kids not for adults to find solutions. But it helps as it makes the child understand what bad behaviour looks like. My son knows that whatever david does in the book will not make him a good boy. Its a great buy.

My 2 yr and 3 month old loves this book. As soon as i took it out of the box i had to read it 5 times back to back. As another reviewer mentioned though, this was definitely an eye opener for a parent as well. My kid actually sits with the book and says his own name and says "No ____, don't!" So i know he is really relating to the scenarios in the book. As parents we spend so much time instilling discipline and trying to teach our kids right from wrong we forget to explore and discover with them. Anyways, love the story, love the book and so does my kid.

I've bought two of the David books - and both books are great. The large page sizes are perfect for the seemingly childlike, but very elaborate, lovely artwork. The sentences are short enough for toddlers to grasp. And the subjects are perfect. It's what my toddlers hear me say every day - so we giggle about it together when we read.

Got this book for my 3 year old. Looking at david, She made a face at first. She didnt seem to like him at first. But after reading it to her, she just loved it. Wants to read it over and over.

An excellent book for 2 to 4 year olds who can relate to David and also learn that it is not only their mamma who says no. My son loved it.

Oh! We love reading this book. My 4 year old boy can completely associate himself with David.. hehe.. the book makes him laugh every single time we read it to him. Brilliant illustrations and the events are put up in simple one liners..

No, David! is one that struck a chord with both my 5 and 3 year old. The final page is so touching, and hit home for both my kids. They asked questions, talked about the book, and asked to be read again. It's a good book for parents too. Reminds you of a valuable lesson all parents need to remember.

My son found this series of books on YouTube and loved it so I brought this for him. He loves the character and the board book is very well made. It's a decent length at 32 pages and holds a child interest.

My little sister loved this book alot! It was worth buying.
