This lumbar support product has saved me from huge back pain and has a very high quality. It is very food value for money and would recommend to anyone suffering from back pain. It helps with back support and better posture.

Shop around for the best price,
Bought as a replacement for my 20 year old roll. Was surprised at the firmness & thickness of a new one, so it will take time to break in after I have been used to my old battered well used one.

Over priced and no better
Out of curiosity I bought this imported from the US and a cheaper one on Amazon. No difference, not worth the extra for the brand name

Ok, but the older ones had a clip instead of a belt type buckle and it doesn't seem as soft either.

Cheap strap
The strap that goes round the chair has no buckle so it is not possible to tighten the strap so that it stays tight and in place.

I brought this based on reading mckensie back mechanic ... not impressed it's way to big I don't believe any back is meant to be arched that much so for me it gets no stars

Perfect Sturdy Support
The Solution. I bought another device on Amazon that people recommended for backs but it didn't have significant lumbar support. I have a curve in my lower back and if you need strong and sturdy lower back/lumbar support this "D" shaped cushion is perfect. Round cushions roll away and shift, other cushions are so soft they collapse and don't provide support. This one is PERFECT and is strong enough to hold your back all day or night long. I highly recommend this cushion.
