I’ve ordered these multiple times and will continue to purchase. They are my go to for cleaning dishes and wiping off surfaces in the kitchen. They absorb great, hold soap well and rinse clean. I squeeze the water out before putting them away and I’ve never had a problem with them having any odor. The scrubber is gentle but efficient. They last as any normal sponge, but with no plastic- they are guilt free!

I have bought no other sponges since buying these. While sure they are not 100% natural, I am still utilizing something natural. I try to as much as I can in my life. These work great, I don't have to worry about them scratching, things or falling apart too quickly. I usually ending up tossing just because of time more than breakdown. If you are expecting them to work like steel wool, they are not meant to. Also if you use them with things such as bleach, it will break down quicker but that is common sense with most materials. However they are great for everyday cleaning.

These 3M sponges are partially biodegradable and partly made of recycled material. The natural fiber Non-Scratch Scrub Sponge scrubber is made from 50% agave plant and 50% polyester. The sponge is made from 23% recycled office paper and 77% cellulose. The scrubber is not biodegradable because of the polyester. Once this is said, these sponges are doing a fair job while doing the dishes. I wash my dishes manually just because I prefer not to waste a dishwasher cycle for little things and so far, the sponges have held pretty well with normal use. I am stating normal use because my cat has taken the fancy to use one as a prey that ends up being chewed on and spat away. In those cases, unfortunately only the scrubber part seems to have some level of resistance. What provides me with a bit of comfort is the idea that she has not gotten sick since she started doing this and that most of the sponge is biodegradable. In conclusion: For normal use: 4 stars.

I love that these dish scrubs are all plant based. I dont know how many years I have used scotch-brite sponges. At least 20 years if not 40. I have just started the Amazon subscription service this year. When I saw the cost and that these scrub sponges and that they are made from plants I had to try them out. It's been over a month now and I am still using the first sponge from the package. It is holding up better then the blue or green scotch-brite sponges. In fact I have gone through two of the blue and green ones because they were down far before this sponge. The big plus is it does not have that gross rancid smell that the other get. It is worth trying them out. I hope you find them a good purchase as I have.

I did the subscribe and save with these because sponges don’t last long. Was I surprised! I have only used two since I received my order in early February and this is close to mid-March! There’s still several left and the two that are out are still working fabulously. I may have to change my order from every two months to every three, they are that good. And they have no weird rubbery smell or plastic smell. Basically no scent at all. Highly recommend these rugged sponges!!

I just love these sponges. The scrubby side is gentle enough for my fine items while still being able to get those hard bits. And they are compostable! The only drawback is some folks mistake the beige color as meaning that my sponge is old and tired even if it's fresh from the package. I just use this as an opportunity to explain what the sponges are made from and how they are compostable.

Silly to write a sponge review, but I am only because they are neutral earth toned sponges and match my kitchen perfectly. I was looking for something neutral and not a loud bright color to go in my sponge holder on my countertop soap dispenser. I bought a pack of 6, they should last awhile, I have not used them yet, but I am happy with the look and they are eco-friendly to boot! I'm sure they will be on my shopping list moving forward.

Llevo años usando las esponjas Cero rayas de Scotch Brite porque me choca que los vasos pierdan su transparencia y ver los platos todos dañados. Así que tenía un poco de reservas con estas pero decidí probarlas porque también me choca que las esponjas que se encuentran en el súper son sintéticas. MARAVILLA: no rayan, duran el doble que las Cero rayas y salen hasta más baratas. Recomiendo.

Las compré para reemplazar unas esponjas ecológicas que eran muy delgadas y que se deshacían muy rápido. Estas duran bastante tiempo y al menos dice que son ecológicas, probablemente sean las únicas esponjas que compre de ahora en adelante

I love these sponges! Take 1tbs bleach and 1 cup of water and soak the sponge in this mixtures for 30 minutes. Do this whenever they start to smell. This will keep them smelling great and keep them disinfected for weeks/months! (depending on what you're using them for). I use mine in the kitchen and typically replace them when they're falling apart (~1-2 months).
