Hi! I am between shoe sizes. Either an 8.5-9. How do these fit?

I would get size 9. I usual wear an 8 but ordered 8.5 to have a bit more room for my socks and they are perfect.

On the sizing options for these shoes it says that they're men sizes even though it says they're women shoes, what sizing option should I trust?

I am a wonen 7 and I got a 7 as I always do but they were tight. A size snaller would never fit. A size bigger would be too big.
