Lucky if all screws and grooves work properly.
Already got different unit as replacement of a defective unit. But the new item is also defective. One of the screws doesn't work properly (either groove problem (faulty screw in the groove). Even 2nd time (after replacement too) the installation service guys found that one of the grooves has faulty screw due to which they couldn't fix that particular screw. There is not point in returning it as all other screws are fine and we just hope that in long run this one screw may not become a show stopper.
