The Best of Low-Fat Greek Yogurts
This is rich, creamy, and subtly sweet and satisfying without the sour tang of many yogurts that many people dislike. It's great anywhere sour cream can go: fruit, baked potatoes, pancakes, cucumbers sauces, even stroganoff when added late at the right temperature. It improves scones, too. The reason is its density. It mixes best with sucrose first dissolved in a little water. Tastes rich!

My go-to low calorie Greek Yogurt
My go-to Greek yogurt for keeping calories low. I've probably purchased over 100 tubs of this stuff. It's good, has no added sugar, and I enjoy the taste. Not sure what else I can say - taste is obviously subjective, so some people may prefer other yogurt brands, but I've always favored this one. The only downside is that sometimes it can get a bit watery. I assume this happens when the temperature drops slightly, giving the bacteria time to do its thing. Not an issue though - it's not like you'll end up with soup, just a bit of water on the top layer that you can simply pour out. This happens with all yogurt, but it tends to occur more often with nonfat varieties for whatever reason.
