I was skeptical at first but I thought I would give them a try. The trick is not to put them on too tight, otherwise they might chaff. They don't fall down, which I thought they might. I wear them all day and they are very comfortable. And yes they work! They aren't a miracle cure but they help stop the pain and I can walk upstairs without any discomfort and I can walk too without taking painkillers. I can certainly recommend them.

I am pleasantly impressed, didn’t think these were going to work at £12 for two, they fit just below the knee, they are a kind on memory foam, very supportive and actually work. I can walk better with knee problems, the straps are Velcro so adjustable and don’t move

Pain relief support brace . I didn’t find them very effective at first because I wore them across the middle of the knee but then I was told to lower them slightly below centre and they were much more effective then.

Ok, so I’m 64 years old, I’ve spent a lot of time over the last 45 years on my knees, probably 50% of the time working and the other 50% begging for a pay rise !, as you can imagine my knees are pretty well knackered, I used to run when I was younger (mainly away from the police), I’ve now started running again to lose weight and I’ve got to get my cholesterol down. I now find when running that I’m getting pain at the front of my knees, after reading some of the reviews on here about this product I thought I’d give them ago, OMG !, game changer or what !, I was very sceptical about them as there’s no plastic stiffening or anything that’s likely to dig in and cause discomfort, their very easy to fit and adjust using the Velcro strap, the difference between before and after using these is like night and day, they really do make a huge difference, I’ve just come back from a 5 mile run and I’ve no pain in my knee’s at all. If you suffer like I did ?,buy these, you won’t be disappointed.

They are easy to put on and adjust. Comfortable to wear but have noticed the top of one of my shin bones is sore after a longish walk. Other than that, they give good support and probably a help for my knee problem.

Got to admit was very unsure of the product. I put it on within an hour of delivery. I can honestly say within half an hour of wearing it I could feel the difference. I had an operation on my right leg 12 months ago, but ended up limping and putting a lot of strain on my left knee. I looked at many different supports, but after reading the reviews of this i decided to buy. Best decision every

Comfortable, actually works for my knee pain which was around the soft spot beside the knee cap. I put it on while getting ready for work and didn’t have to mess with it all day. I had a knee sleeve with the knee cap cut out and plastic side supports that I had to keep pulling up. This did not move all day. It reduced my knee pain greatly. No more limping around. Couldn’t be happier with it. Like I say, probably won’t work on ALL knee pain but if you do have the type of knee pain it works on I think you’ll love it.

Ho acquistato questo cinturino per un problema di tendinite al ginocchio e devo dire che mi ha aiutata molto. È semplice da indossare, regolabile e rimane ben fermo anche durante il movimento. La pressione è ben distribuita: sostiene il tendine senza stringere troppo né dare fastidio. Lo utilizzo sia durante l’attività fisica che nella vita quotidiana e il dolore si è ridotto in modo evidente già dopo i primi utilizzi. I materiali sembrano di buona qualità, traspiranti e non irritano la pelle nemmeno dopo diverse ore. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Lo consiglio a chi soffre di tendinite rotulea o ha bisogno di un supporto leggero ma efficace per il ginocchio.
