Good cord, wire gauge looks good, not undersized, the cord is thick but its flexible, seems really durable, should be a good replacement for most uses.

My DeWalt sawzall’s power cord was frayed and I was worried it would become dangerous. So I used this to replace it. It’s a nice thick cord with plenty of insulation, but the wires inside are quality and large enough gauge for power tools. It took a little coaxing and shaving down the insulation to get it to fit into the cable-saver, but now my sawzal is ready for the job. Looks great, is strong and flexible. This would work for nearly any power tool I can think of.

The outside diameter of this cord is approx. 9.25mm. A PG11 (5mm-10mm) adjustable cable gland will grip this cord really good and make a good strain relief. These listings are often posted by clueless people/companies who have no idea as to what details really matter to most customers. Hopefully, this comment will make choosing this power cord less of a guessing game. 4 Stars for not having enough of a clue to document the cord diameter. Otherwise, a good quality power cord.

Used to replace the cheap cord on a radiant oil heater. Nice thick insulation and perfect for the job!

Works great as the replacement on my electric grooming table. Great value

I got this cord to replace one that I had on my dishwasher that had gotten hot and melted the wire nut connectors. I think it was because it was tinned copper wire that had failed to make a good connection due to oxidation and time. This cord is pure, bare copper wire, and appears to be much better built than the previous cord. The insulation around the wires, both inner and outer, is tough and will surely keep out any moisture. The outer jacket appears to be poured around the inner wires rather than just being a sleeve. The plug is also molded in, and the whole cord seems very well-built. I hope this helps.

Je l'ai utilisé pour remplacer le câble de mon rond de poêle portatif dont le câble chauffait. A tenu le coup tout le temps que l'appareil fonctionnait et je l'ai ensuite réutilisé pour mon nouvel appareil. Pourra sûrement encore servir à d'autres applications. J'ai été favorablement surprise de la qualité.

Excelente reemplazo de cable, buena calidad

Decent construction but a cable clip built into the head of the plug would be a nice feature like most of my power tools have. Also, I would have preferred the jacket and wires to be a more flexible rubber not not vinyl conductor insulation.
