I have been taking this product for 6 months now and I feel great. Within the first week I noticed a difference in my energy levels. I feel clearer and more alert, improved memory and generally a healthier happier mood. This really helped with brain fog after a few days , but I will have to stop taking as it, side effects are as soon as i take it I feel like I need to pee all the time , tried taking half the amount and still have this problem it’s far too strong .

Only liquid B12 drops i found that doesn't have unnecessary flavours, sweeteners/sugars or preservatives. tastes like water and does the job. I bought as I had a random allergy to dairy and had to cut it out and due to the diet change I realised I was losing a lot of hair and found out b12 which is in dairy products, a lack of it, could cause hair loss. I've noticed a huge difference since taking this supplement, I'm no longer losing hair. I tried a few different brands before i found this one, as I mentioned many have a lot of ingredients which is not necessary, very happy i found this one, clean ingredients so you don't have to worry about creating other issues whist attempting to fix one.
