If Mae Ploy is too spicy for you then this may be too spicy for you. That being said, you can adjust the spice level a lot depending on how much you use- - and still have good flavor.

The ingredients can be found towards the bottom of the listing, and repeated here: Dried red chili 20%, shallot, lemon grass, garlic, salt, galangal, kaffir lime zest, coriander seed, cumin powder, rice bran oil, 100% freshly squeezed lemon juice and cumin. Don't know but when I ordered I got and different of curry, not sure that they have the Pangang
