Good for the price
Great quality, looks nice on print and doesnt smell cheap.

Good quality, sensible price
Filament works well. Good adhesion and few failed prints. Strength seems ok. I've had problems in the past with pla filament that breaks in storage if placed under any strain, e.g. if you thread the end through holes in the spool to stop it unwinding. This pla+ seems to behave better.

Quality seems to have dropped off recently (PLA+ grey and purple)
I've been using eSun PLA+ since I began 3D printing in May. I went through 9 x 1kg spools (1 silver, 2 purple, 1 cold white, 4 black and 1 grey) without any problems. The next spool (grey) was stringing like mad, no matter what temperature and retraction settings I used. I switched to a spool of purple and had no issues, so it wasn't something wrong with my printer. So, after chatting online with some more experienced printers, I bought a filament dryer. I weighed what was left of the grey spool (approx 900g including the spool) before putting it in - after 4 hours I took it out and weighed it again - it was 4 g lighter. That told me that the stringing problems I'd been having were down to excessive moisture in the filament. Once the purple roll was finished I put the now dried grey roll back on and it printed fine until near the end (probably about 150-200g of filament remaining) where I found it was a bit tangled - actually, I realised what was happening because it almost jerked the spool and roller off the shelf above the printer. Luckily I caught it before it wrecked a print, not to mention the printer. I shifted the spool onto the normal frame-mounted spool holder. At that point I went to put the next roll of grey into the filament dryer and saw that it was really badly wound. I spent several hours winding it onto an empty spool, then back onto the original spool. It was quite clear to me that it had been very badly rewound onto the spool it had come on - the filament was twisted and in many points looked to be stressed. I then dried it for 4 hours, leaving it in the drier until the roll on the printer finished. It started printing OK, but then there was some stringing again - I think it probably needed more than 4 hours in the drier. Yesterday I switched over to a roll of purple. It looked to be much better wound...right up until it got about 3 layers down where the filament started to get stuck under what should have been lower layers. Interestingly, all three spools I've had problems with were ordered during September. I suspect that there must have been a major issue at their plant a few months ago for their quality control to have slipped so badly. I'm reluctant to change brands as up until these three spools I've had a great experience with the eSun PLA+ - zero clogs, great print quality, good layer adhesion. However, I do have some Sunlu PLA+ to try.

Reliable PLA+ filament with great print quality
Iโve been using the eSUN PLA+ Bone White filament for several projects, and it consistently delivers smooth, clean prints. The dimensional accuracy is spot-on, so layers align perfectly and parts fit together as intended. Itโs tougher than standard PLA, reducing breakage during handling, and it feeds through my printer without any jams. Overall, excellent for both hobbyists and more detailed 3D printing projects. Pros: Enhanced toughness reduces snapping and warping Dimensional accuracy of ยฑ0.03mm ensures precise prints Smooth, consistent extrusion Works well with a variety of 3D printers Good color consistency (Bone White is nice and even) Cons: Slightly more expensive than standard PLA Some stringing can occur at higher print speeds (common with PLA+) Requires proper drying if left open to avoid moisture issues

Excellent prints great

Quite strong, doesn't snap or anything as long as you store it well.
Good filament, I used this for quite a large print without testing it much and the results were good. I really admire the usage of cardboard spools, since it minimises plastic waste in an industry where we do inherently waste a lot of plastic.

Poor adhesion, major issue
I have the Ender-3 V3 KE 3d printer. I always run a calibration/self-leveling before any print, and I follow heat and print speed instructions set by the manufacturer of whatever filament I am using. I also always run a test on a smaller project before starting a big one by using 'middle of the road' heat settings so I can tweak heat up or down to make it perfect. My printer is in an enclosure in my home office where the room temperature is an even 22โฐc and the air is regularly conditioned with a wall mounted aircon unit to avoid a humid environment. The printer enclosure also has a couple XL silica bags hanging in it to catch any stray moisture. Filaments are stored in this room as well, and I always let filaments temper a day or two after receiving so it won't be brittle to handle due to being cold. I am never in the room whilst printing to avoid accidental nudging, I just nip in to check every now and then. I say all that to say; the printing environment is as optimal as it gets and I think I take 'care' to a new level. I have never had any issues printing, in fact I went through a whole kilo of similar coloured filament from another manufacturer just before this without a single snag. I opened the packaging of this filament 2 days after receiving it and connected it all up whilst of course wearing cotton gloves. I extruded, ran calibration, and printed two smaller skulls that both came out great. So I started my big commissioned project using the exact same print settings. Started out great, checked about 1/3 of the way through and everything was textbook. Once again nipped in to look about 2/3 through the print process and still we were going strong; no lifting or warping, layers looking super smooth- I was buzzing to put my finishing touches on it. Then I left the house and came back a few hours later to find that not only had the entire print come off the plate, it had also split in to separate parts with supports and project parts scattered, and all the filament spaghetti was tangled and caught everywhere in my printer. I have now finished the long and tedious task of removing spaghetti strings from places I didn't even know it could reach, using a pair of long tweezers, a LED headlight and more patience than I knew I had. The entire project is in the bin and so will the rest of this filament be. I haven't used my printer since this happened, hopefully it didn't get damaged from this incident. Will update this review shortly if it did. I am giving any stars at all solely due to how it performed on the first two smaller skulls, but I wouldn't personally recommend for larger projects or someone new to printing/with a basic 3d printer. The small skulls came out great with no stringing, warping, separation, spaghetti or rough surfaces. The filament also appeared to easily coil off the spool, no snagging at all. The skulls have been gently sanded to get a matte surface and a slightly lighter colour. There were no issues whilst sanding, material felt high quality and colour/finish is very nice after sanding. Gutted I won't trust it to perform on a large project as it seems so optimal on the smaller projects. Picture included of some of the mess left behind; obviously the main bit of the project was already removed from the enclosure.

Delivered in elevator
The product itself is sound. It is the cheapest PLA filament I have ever bought. One downside is that it wonโt fit in my A1 AMS, but it makes it all so much more affordable. One thing that bothers me though is the delivery, it was left in the elevator of our apartment complex without telling me a word about it. As I live on the first inhabited floor, I never take the elevator. I talked to neighbours and called customer support. I thought it got stolen because a big amazon package could be something pricy. Eventually before I went to sleep, a neighbour rang the doorbell, he told me that a package to my name was in the elevator. It is very inconvenient to have it delivered like this and not have any information about its location. All I knew is that it got marked as delivered. My delivery instructions also state that I want it left in front of my door if delivery fails, not in the elevator..

Super happy with it
Bought 3kg of cold white Prints easily at a very wide range of temperatures. From 180 all the way to probably over 225(highest I tried). The colour is really nice, a true cold white without the yellow tint many white PLAs have. The strength is fine and it can take some abuse before breaking. And when it breaks it doesn't just snap but elongates a bit before breaking. Of course depends on how you print but you can make it watertight rather easily as well and I actually made some tubing out of it that can handle some pressure. Will absolutely be purchasing more since this is at least so far my favourite PLA. Update: Bought it again, absolutely excellent for prototyping. Flows well, prints nicely, strong color, low required print temperature and you can get away with a cold bed. And there's some incredibly nice deals occasionally for it. I bought a 3kg roll for 500skr, so like 165skr/kg, that's hard to beat especially at this quality. The only big downside is the temperature resistance, warm tap water is enough to warp it.

Tangled
Normal i always order eSun because of the premium quality but this time they only had the biggest seal not the one over the pla itself. All rolls came tangles and had more then once tangles i hope the blue roll i have ordered does not have this issue otherwise i will not order again.

Good Filament
Works a little bit less good than bambu lab pla but that is expected with the a1 mini. Is cheap for it's quality!
