Can these lenses stack on top of each other?

Yes, there are threads on these that enable them to be physically stacked together, but just as there is some image degradation expected when stacking multiple pieces of glass, the same is true here. The general rule when stacking these more than one at a time is that the higher diopter # 10,4,2 or 1, the closer it should be to the camera. However, The higher the diopter, the thicker the glass, and therefore more concave. I've experimented by stacking both the 10x lens and the 4x lens on top of my 50mm Canon lens. The 4x lens had to be mounted on the 50mm first, then the 10x added to the top, because it was too thick and concave to fit under the 4x. I don't think i ran into that problem with the 4, 2, or 1x lenses because they are thimmer. I hope that helps.

Will this work on a nikon p610 i assume an adapter is necessary and does vivitar make one?

It should work fine with a P610. And you shouldn't need an adapter. Should just lightly screw on....

In the item description on Amazon it does not mention a coaring on the lens, so I would assume that there is no lens coating.

I will fit a Sony a5100?
