Good enough for wrapping non-stick bandages around a mild to moderate wound. A firm wrap stays in place at least an entire day without needing to adjust, assuming you're not bleeding constantly (I just had skin avulsion). It's actually pretty hard to tear, which is a good thing, may need scissors to cut if you don't plan on taping or shoving the end in underneath and want to tie the end off by cutting down the center a bit. Haven't tried medical tape or clips on it, though I doubt that'd be an issue given it's resistance to tearing, I've done both center cutting and then tying the ends and also shoved the ends underneath without issue. What I also like about it is the individual packaging of each roll is pretty tough itself, you'd have to give it a good hard tear just to get through the plastic, I've used knives and teeth on it due to laziness. This gives me confidence that even on the off chance they're not sterile when packaged as they claim - I for sure can't imagine much of anything getting past that beefy plastic to further contaminate after packaging. They definitely made a good effort on isolating them.

I had wrist surgery four weeks ago. The cast was removed yesterday and replaced by a removable cast (velcro closure). Some areas remain sensitive making the cast uncomfortable. I am wrapping it in these 3” stretch gauze strips before putting on the cast. This is such a relief and very comfortable! If you choose this application, start by placing one end between thumb and index finger with a tail of a couple of inches. Wrap around hand and up your arm as far as necessary. Each time you pass it inside the thumb, twist it so it lays well. Where you finish just tuck the end in securely, no need for tape. Since I do this myself I am working one-handed and it is not hard. Just don’t wrap it too tight!

This is a good quality roller gauze. Perfect for first aid kits and medical dressings.

Love this brand. It stretches so it stays on and you can wrap it tight without cutting your circulation. I’m always cutting my calf’s and I couldn’t get the wrap bandages to stay on until I got this brand. Stays on throughout the night also with just a little regular paper med tape.

I found this to be way too thin and and falls apart with one use. It would curl up too easily and not stay in place if used under clothing that moves.
